EYEBROW SILK PERFECTION BALM is a colorless balm that will perfectly highlight your eyebrows. It lifts, shapes and holds each individual hair in place - ensuring a long-lasting, expressive look. Specially selected active ingredients strengthen the structure of the hair, regenerate and moisturize it, leaving it exceptionally silky and nourished, at the same time ensuring perfectly fixed eyebrows without stickiness and residue. The product tames and shapes unruly hairs. Use: Apply a small amount of balm to the brush and comb your eyebrows, starting from the front, making upward movements. When fixing your eyebrows, remember to always brush them in the desired direction. The balm can be used on both wet and dry eyebrows.
