1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason, except in cases where specific exceptions apply as outlined in Article 16 of the Directive.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national laws:
- Products unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, personal hygiene products) are not eligible for withdrawal.
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear written statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website but are not obliged to do so.

4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period expires.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including any seals, labels, or protective films intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a refund.
5. Costs and Liability
Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the returned goods are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you will be liable for any diminished value.
6. Refund Process
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect their condition and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed. Any additional costs incurred due to the choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive option offered by us, will not be refunded.
