Return Period: Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. Any returns initiated beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened condition. Products must be unused, with seals, packaging, and any protective films intact. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including but not limited to cosmetics, skincare, and personal hygiene items.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This documentation aids in the verification of your purchase and the expedient processing of your return. Damage During Shipping: If you receive a product that appears damaged from shipping, it's important to either refuse the package or accept it with a notation of "accepted under reserve" (signed "con riserva"). Without this notation, we may not be able to process a return or exchange if the product's packaging shows signs of tampering or damage.
