SIMPLE STEPS TO BECOMING AN ECO-FRIENDLY CHAMPION
1. Begin by removing the crown and detaching the sprayer from your 50, 100, or 150 ml bottle.
2. Attach the SCANDAL refill to your bottle and twist until it stops to initiate the automatic fill.
3. The filling will cease automatically once your bottle reaches capacity. Remove the tip from the refill.
4. Firmly reattach the sprayer before placing the crown back on.

We offer free shipping for orders over €150 or for orders containing 3 or more products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination country. For Italy, shipping starts from €5.90 for selected items, is generally set at €5.90, and can increase up to €12 for heavier packages. For France and Germany, shipping starts at €6.95 for a single product and may reach up to €12 for heavier shipments.

Geographic Limitations
We deliver across the EU but do not ship to non-EU countries requiring customs taxes, such as Switzerland.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are processed the same day. Processing may take an additional 24 hours as per our terms. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day. Once dispatched, tracking information, including the courier’s name, will be provided.
