Technology
Himalayan mineral crystals: extremely pure crystals known for their hair fiber fortifying properties, composed of over 80 types of minerals including iron, potassium and magnesium. Considered the purest ever found on earth, they are extracted at 3000 meters above sea level in the heart of the Himalayan mountain ranges.
Usage
Apply a small amount of product to the palm of your hand and distribute it through wet hair.
Gently massage the product into the scalp for approximately 1 minute.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
In case of infrequent washing (1-2 times a week) it is recommended to repeat the shampoo a second time.
To obtain maximum results, we recommend continuing the treatment with the Shu Uemura Muroto Volume Conditioner balm or the Shu Uemura Muroto Volume Treatment mask.

We offer free shipping for orders over €150 or for orders containing 3 or more products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination country. For Italy, shipping starts from €4.95 for selected items, is generally set at €6.95, and can increase up to €12 for heavier packages. For France and Germany, shipping starts at €6.95 for a single product and may reach up to €12 for heavier shipments.

For customers across the EU, delivery is typically within 3 working days, depending on product availability and location within our logistics centers.

Geographic Limitations
We deliver across the EU but do not ship to non-EU countries requiring customs taxes, such as Switzerland.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are processed the same day. Processing may take an additional 24 hours as per our terms. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day. Once dispatched, tracking information, including the courier’s name, will be provided.
