Innovative formula 2 in 1 with bamboo coal and kaolin clay ensures deep cleansing and detoxification. As a result of the use of the mask, the skin becomes smooth and illuminated. The product is suitable for all skin types. Coal ingredients: • Bamboo powder coal: created in the bamboo process, has a huge ratio of surface to the mass, which allows it to attract and absorb accumulated impurities on the skin. • Kaolin clay: natural clay that helps absorb excess sebum, thanks to which the skin becomes smoother and perfectly cleansed.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over €150 or for orders containing 3 or more products.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination country. For Italy, shipping starts from €4.95 for selected items, is generally set at €6.95, and can increase up to €12 for heavier packages. For France and Germany, shipping starts at €6.95 for a single product and may reach up to €12 for heavier shipments.

For customers across the EU, delivery is typically within 3 working days, depending on product availability and location within our logistics centers.

Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard shipping across all EU countries and are exploring additional options to better meet your needs.

Geographic Limitations
We deliver across the EU but do not ship to non-EU countries requiring customs taxes, such as Switzerland.

Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are processed the same day. Processing may take an additional 24 hours as per our terms. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day. Once dispatched, tracking information, including the courier’s name, will be provided.
