A cleansing shampoo with optimized pH for frequent cleaning without altering the optimal pH of the hair and scalp. Perfect to be used as part of the K18 Molecular Repair routine.

Intelligently cleanses: Plant-based surfactants disintegrate and gently remove dirt and oil.
Prepare your hair for treatment: Everything works best on a clean hair base, including chemical services, treatments (such as our K18 treatment) and styling products.
The deliberate formulation protects the pH balance: the optimized pH of the product does not disturb the environment of the hair and scalp to protect the integrity of the keratin and maintain strength without removing moisture.
Deterge with carefully selected ingredients: An optimized list of just 17 skin care-inspired ingredients (no fillers!).
Promotes hair happiness: Less dirt and oil on the hair means it's clean at the right point, leaving a clear road for the molecular repair of our K18 PEPTIDE™ or anything else the hair wants to undertake.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over €150 or for orders containing 3 or more products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination country. For Italy, shipping starts from €4.95 for selected items, is generally set at €6.95, and can increase up to €12 for heavier packages. For France and Germany, shipping starts at €6.95 for a single product and may reach up to €12 for heavier shipments.
Estimated Delivery Times
For customers across the EU, delivery is typically within 3 working days, depending on product availability and location within our logistics centers.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard shipping across all EU countries and are exploring additional options to better meet your needs.
Geographic Limitations
We deliver across the EU but do not ship to non-EU countries requiring customs taxes, such as Switzerland.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are processed the same day. Processing may take an additional 24 hours as per our terms. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day. Once dispatched, tracking information, including the courier’s name, will be provided.
Special Circumstances
Our warehouse is closed on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed once we reopen.
