Reflecting a wave of feminine empowerment during the late 1960s, Chamade embodies the spirit of liberation amidst turbulent times. It resonates with the literary essence of Françoise Sagan’s "La chamade," a sound of the heart that emphasizes the call for gender equality and individual freedom. In response to this vibrant atmosphere, Jean-Paul Guerlain introduced his interpretation of Chamade—a bold and distinctive fragrance that defied contemporary norms.
This amber-green floral scent was revolutionary, merging the unexpected fruitiness of blackcurrant buds with a lively blend of hyacinth and galbanum, all underlined by a warm vanilla base. It celebrates the audacity to express oneself and embrace love. "A perfume serves as an invisible garment, weaving a narrative between the seen and the unseen," shares Jean-Paul Guerlain.
Encased in the iconic inverted heart bottle designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, the Les Légendaires creations stand the test of time, destined for eternal relevance and future inspiration.

We offer free shipping for orders over €150 or for orders containing 3 or more products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination country. For Italy, shipping starts from €5.90 for selected items, is generally set at €5.90, and can increase up to €12 for heavier packages. For France and Germany, shipping starts at €6.95 for a single product and may reach up to €12 for heavier shipments.

For customers across the EU, delivery is typically within 3 working days, depending on product availability and location within our logistics centers.

Geographic Limitations
We deliver across the EU but do not ship to non-EU countries requiring customs taxes, such as Switzerland.
