SENSAI 38ºC Eyelash Base gently conditions every single eyelash, preparing them for, and enhancing the effect of, any mascara. Easy to apply, due to the brush’s conical shape, it is also easy to remove. It rinses off with the mascara when using warm water at 38ºC or above.
Alongside a high concentration of Swertia Japonica Extract, which protects the individual hair shafts from free radicals, this eyelash base also coats the lashes with a delicate layer of white wax. As a result, any subsequent mascara will have an intensified result, with thicker and more luxurious eyelashes, tinted in a rich and more vibrant color.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over €150 or for orders containing 3 or more products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination country. For Italy, shipping starts from €4.95 for selected items, is generally set at €6.95, and can increase up to €12 for heavier packages. For France and Germany, shipping starts at €6.95 for a single product and may reach up to €12 for heavier shipments.
Estimated Delivery Times
For customers across the EU, delivery is typically within 3 working days, depending on product availability and location within our logistics centers.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer Standard shipping across all EU countries and are exploring additional options to better meet your needs.
Geographic Limitations
We deliver across the EU but do not ship to non-EU countries requiring customs taxes, such as Switzerland.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are processed the same day. Processing may take an additional 24 hours as per our terms. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following business day. Once dispatched, tracking information, including the courier’s name, will be provided.
