Phyto Khol Star Waterproof is a retractable pencil with integrated tempe sole. The creamy formula and compact stylus provide easy application, perfectly and precisely defining the line. Eight shades allow you to achieve many different effects and the desired intensity of makeup - from shiny shades saturated with shiny particles to mysterious - almost black, flickering shades with subtle reflections. The pencil formula contains wild rose oil, ; bisabolol of natural origin and vitamin E acetate. Thanks to this composition of active ingredients, it greatly cares for the delicate skin of the eyelids. ; the pencil is extremely soft, resistant to blurring and moisture.
